Rewarx Studio Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Rewarx Studio AI, Rewarx Social Report, and related websites, APIs, dashboards, automation, social publishing, reporting, and product image tools provided by Rewarx ("Rewarx", "we", "us", or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account or authorized integrations.
2. Use of the Services
Rewarx services may help users create, review, analyze, schedule, or publish product images, videos, captions, campaign assets, and social performance reports. You may use the services only for lawful business purposes and in compliance with applicable platform rules, including TikTok, Pinterest, Meta, Google, Shopify, and any other connected service.
3. User Content and Permissions
You retain ownership of the images, videos, text, product information, account data, and other materials you provide. You grant Rewarx the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, analyze, transmit, and display that content so we can operate the services you request. You must have all rights and permissions required for content you upload, generate, or publish.
4. Social Platform Integrations
If you connect a social account, Rewarx will use the authorized permissions only for the features you enable, such as owned-account analytics, draft creation, upload, scheduling, or publishing. We do not sell posting access, impersonate users, or publish to accounts that have not authorized the workflow. A user or team member remains responsible for reviewing content, captions, disclosures, and timing before publication.
5. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the services for spam, deceptive engagement, malware, phishing, or unlawful activity.
- Do not upload or publish content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
- Do not attempt to bypass platform review, rate limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Do not use the services to create or distribute unsafe, hateful, sexual, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited content.
6. AI-Generated and Edited Media
Rewarx may use AI systems to generate or edit commercial images, videos, copy, and metadata. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for making sure published materials accurately represent your products, offers, and brand. AI outputs may require edits, labels, rights review, or platform-specific disclosures.
7. Third-Party Services
Our services may depend on third-party platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics services, and app marketplaces. Their terms and policies also apply to your use of those services. Rewarx is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, review decisions, or account actions.
8. Fees and Subscriptions
Paid plans, usage-based charges, or marketplace subscriptions may be billed according to the plan or invoice presented at purchase. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Rewarx Studio Privacy Policy. The privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and how users can contact us about privacy requests.
10. Service Changes and Availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features as products, platform APIs, security needs, and business requirements change. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will remain available at all times.
11. Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewarx disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewarx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the services.
13. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, misused a platform integration, or used the services in a way that could harm users, Rewarx, or third-party platforms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice through the website, product, email, or another appropriate channel. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
