You own your photos. Rewarx Studio does not train public models on private user data without permission, and uses secure cloud providers to process and store creative assets.
1. Information We Collect
To provide Rewarx Studio services, we collect information that allows us to manage user accounts and deliver AI image processing.
- Account information: email address, name, and profile picture when a user signs in with Google. Passwords, when used, are encrypted and are not stored in plain text.
- User content: raw images uploaded by users and the final assets generated by Rewarx Studio. These files are stored in secure, private cloud storage for service delivery.
- Usage data: generation metadata such as timestamps, selected settings, credit usage, and account activity needed to operate and improve the product.
- Payment information: subscription status, billing address, transaction history, and plan information. Full card details are processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored by Rewarx Studio.
2. How We Use Your Data
Rewarx Studio uses collected data for service delivery, account operation, security, and customer communication.
- AI processing: transforming source images into requested photography assets and mockups.
- Subscription management: processing payments, allocating credits, and managing billing cycles.
- Personalization: remembering saved templates, preferences, and workflow settings.
- Communication: sending important account, security, service, or billing updates.
3. Data Storage and Security
Rewarx Studio uses industry-standard encryption and secure cloud infrastructure, including Google Cloud and AWS, to protect user assets. Uploaded images and generated outputs are private to the user account and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Your Rights
Users may access, correct, or delete account data through the Personal Center. If a user closes an account, uploaded source images and generated assets are permanently removed from active servers within 30 days, subject to backup, legal, fraud-prevention, or billing-record retention requirements.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Rewarx Studio uses secure third-party payment gateways, including Stripe or PayPal, to process subscription transactions. Rewarx Studio does not store full credit card details on its own servers.
We retain records of plan tier, subscription status, and billing history to provide continuous service, customer support, and transparent credit accounting. Users can manage, upgrade, or cancel subscriptions in Personal Center settings.
6. Third-Party Services
Rewarx Studio may use trusted service providers for authentication, hosting, analytics, payment processing, storage, email delivery, and AI infrastructure. These providers are used only as needed to operate and improve the service.
